PROGRAM MANAGER

REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of employees/programs. Participates in strategic planning, budgeting proposals and change management initiatives

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Business related field TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Two years recent related experience, preferably in the social service field

EXPERIENCE & PROFICIENCIES
Responsible for the implementation, management and evaluation of all activities of programs
Ensure effective program/service delivery consistent with requirements
Manage employees to ensure contract outcomes are met and implementing strategies to remedy issues that may arise
Remain up-to-date on any amendments to policies and procedures and contracts, implementing the same in a timely and organized manner
Review monthly reports, quarterly and annual program statistics, as per contract requirements
Implement, manage and evaluate all program activities

Remain up-to-date on any amendments to policies and procedures and contracts, implementing the same in a timely and organized manner
Review monthly reports, quarterly and annual program statistics, as per contract requirements
Assist the Executive Director to determine program, resource/ budgetary, operational and organizational requirements for all new and existing programs within responsibility area
Responsible for the expansion of programs, collaborating with Executive Director in efforts to form partnerships where appropriate
Other work-related duties as required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Clear criminal record check
Access to vehicle and possess and maintain Class 5 licence with a clear Driver’s Abstract at time of hiring
